We were placed at the first table on the floor and while nobody sat across from us, there were people above us in the bar area. It placed them within 6 ft of us so I feel they should stagger the tables better from that perspective. Unfortunately the menu was greatly reduced and I have to have gluten free. Was told the only option would be the pizza on a gluten free crust and the gluten free Pizookie.
They could maybe make something else but I had planned on my favorite - baked potato with chicken or vegetables. So it was a let down for me.
It was as best as they could , having to keep tables apart. Good service by Oscar, the person who took care of us outside nice and helpful. We enjoyed the moment. Got the wrong pizza and waiter said she would take it off but never did! Other meal was cold. Great to be back in a dine-in restaurant! This location did a great job accommodating the new guidelines, food was great, service was outstanding.
I was impressed with the care and cleanliness that they had to make sure they were being safe. The overall experience was pleasant. However not too thrilled about the limited menu selections. The staff was super accommodating and helpful! Food was great too! Just sucked not to have the typical ambiance we were used to. We got there and although they had people waiting our reservation was immediately called.
The service was as expected friendly and prompt. I like the idea of having runners it allows the server to be friendly and check up on us frequently. Waitress was excellent! Great beer choices for many taste preferences. Food was above average, but it was a little noisy.
Service was above average, and witnessed the manager handling a customer service issue at an adjacent table very well. I would recommend this place as one to try.
Great customer service, I love that I can reserve prior arriving. Out server was fantastic!! Thank you! Good food and service. Very busy Sunday night. Really appreciated the advantage of an Open Table reservation. We were checked in and seated right on time.
All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and worked together as a team to keep food and drinks delivered quickly, and with a smile. They called me in the afternoon to check if we were still coming and we were seated right after we arrived. The kitchen completely messed up my order, and Amber was so kind and made sure everything was promptly fixed. She actually thanked me for letting her remake my food!
Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Amber was personable, kind, attentive, genuine, and a fabulous server. Usually really enjoy BJs but on this occasion our server was pleasant but absent. But not for Birthday celebrations, service was bad.
